  • The people that lived where the heavy industry is created seem to be less interested in those jobs than expected.
  • The need for jobs stems in part from government mismanagement in relation to traditional industries like farming and fishing, the processing of those raw materials, and creative creation of niche markets from raw materials widely accepted as clean and fresh.
