  • Is it a good thing for a politician to admit having made a mistake?
  • If you learn that a politician made a mistake only because she or he admitted it, does your opinion of that politician go up or down?
  • Have you ever taken into account, when evaluating a politician, whether they have ever admitting making errors before and taking some form of accountability for them? For a politician with a long track record, is it a negative characteristic that he or she has never taken the blame for anything notable, or is it conceivable that someone could be a policy maker without having made notable mistakes?
